Just eighty to ninety minutes drive to the west will take you to Bordeaux and the sunny surfing beaches are just eighty to ninety minutes drive to the west. Sos is located in the south to the Lot-et-Garonne, near departments of Landes and Gers. Exotic Museums dedicated to (corks in Mezin) and to the (condoms in Condom) as well as the French national collection of water lilies and other magnificent gardens. The area has a variety of historical buildings. King Henry IV, grandfather to both Louis XIV and England’s Charles II, had his court in Nérac and the chateau.
