About the House

The gite is 100 m2 (1076 square foot) is completely private from the main house with its own entrance and the garden area in front of the gite cannot be overlooked from any of our windows.

There are no fences in our garden.

The gite comprises a large open plan living / dining room with 3m oak table, antiques and settees by the fireplace. The wood burner can be used closed or as open fire.

TV and DVD player as well as stereo system are provided.

Broadband connection is available.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, microwave, gas stove, separate electric mini oven, coffee machine (no dishwasher or washing machine; just hand us your washing and it will be promptly done).

Gas central heating in winter.

Large upstairs bedroom with antique brass double bed, antique furniture, and sitting area as well as desk.

Two extra single beds.

Large Victorian bathroom with clawfoot tub, separate shower, toilet and bidet, antique dressing table.

Bicycles and games can be provided.
